Starke Memorial Hospital's Mission: Customers First, Positive Attitude, Respect for All, Excellence in Service

At Starke Memorial Hospital, we are committed to providing quality service and healthcare leadership. As a top-notch organization, our hospital is only as good as its associates, physicians, and other health service providers.

If you are thinking about a career in healthcare, consider these important questions:
. What do you consider to be your best job skills?
. What weaknesses do you feel you need to improve?
. How would you rate your ability to satisfy customers?
. How would you rate your ability to resolve a problem in a crisis situation?
. Do you like working as part of a team?

If you would like to pursue your career at Starke Memorial Hospital, be prepared to demonstrate CARE in all you do.
